Tisch Scientific SCIENTIFIC POLYTETRAFLUO
Tisch Scientific polytetrafluoroethylene (PFTE) membrane filters from Tisch are made to both sterilize gas and clarify liquids in lab environments. Their PTFE membranes are hydrophobic and resistant to aggressive media and corrosive solvents, making them ideal for a variety of filtration applications.

The OTAL foot pump with delivery tubes made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) is ideal for bottling liquids of hazard class AIII (VbF) that are difficult to ignite. The stainless steel delivery tubes guarantee high chemical resistance as well as high temperature resistance.
Compared to models made of plastic, stainless steel delivery tubes are particularly robust, dimensionally stable, resilient and extremely durable.

Foxx Life Science Carboy Vent Filters are used for hydrophobic venting and solvent filtration applications. The PTFE filter membrane is ideal for maintaining purified water stored in carboys, or for sterile venting during a slow exhaust/liquid autoclave cycle of EZgrip® carboys. All materials comply with USP Class VI standards, and are autoclavable up to 10 times. Hydrophobic PTFE membrane is reinforced with polypropylene housing and features a stepped hosebarb. Available in Non-sterile 1.00µm, 0.2µm pore sizes with platinum-cured silicone tubing, or in bulk packs (without tubing).

The Malin Company Lockwire is a 0.032 inch diameter stainless steel lockwire used to prevent loosening of threaded fasteners. It comes in a 225 foot roll and features a tensile strength of 300,000 psi. The lockwire creates a positive locking device when installed properly in bolts, nuts, screws and other threaded components. It conforms to MIL-W-83420 specifications. The lockwire is made in the USA.

VersaCap adapters are available with a variety of hose barb sizes and configurations, including molded in hose barbs and quick-connect hose barbs. VersaCaps are leakproof, and feature replaceable platinum-cured silicone gaskets, as well as large finger and hand grips for easy loosening and tightening. The Bioprocess adapter is compatible with custom closures that provide closed systems designed for fluid transfer. This is compatible with Saint-Gobain’s EZ TOP® Container Closures with C-FLEX® tubing. EZ TOP® and C-FLEX® are registered trademarks of Saint-Gobain. All VersaCaps and adapters are molded from autoclavable polypropylene, and are available in industry-standard 53B, 83B, and wide-mouth 120 mm sizes. The recommended autoclaving cycle is 20 minutes at 15 PSI and 121°C.
